What Makes our Flowers Different

Unique Ingredient Blends & Artistic Garden Style
Our team uses a blend of heavy-petaled, long-lasting flowers and single-petaled, fragile items to create artistic floral designs inspired by the shapes of the flowers.
Single-petaled flowers are an invitation into the present moment — like the day, enjoy their unique and rare beauty, and let them go (but don’t let them go until you’ve checked for buds that need to develop). Heavy-petaled flowers are an opportunity to enjoy the reward of faithful caretaking. Check out the care page for our best professional tips!
We use primarily garden-style roses in our work. They will be open and lovely when they arrive and they will continue to open even bigger, often doubling in size. Standard roses can’t deliver that kind of performance.
Our research has shown that older floral design standards of removing guard petals and thorns can effect vase life so we leave these on whenever possible.
We don’t use a lot of foliages and filler flowers unless requested. Whenever possible we are purchasing select and super select flowers — these are the highest grades.
Unless the client requests a traditional style, our work is free-flowing and sculptural.
For those of you who value longevity — Purchase a vase bouquet. We use a technique called the European Hand-Tie Spiral for these pieces so you can easily remove the entire bouquet to maintain it for the longest possible vase life. We also use glass for these vases as it has proven to be the best material for longevity.
For those of you who value beauty — Purchase a designer arrangement in a fashion vase. The vase life is still very competitive, but you may not be able to completely clean the vase or easily recut the stems due to the mechanics necessary to compose a more complex design.
